Hi, I’ve got a double room available from 17th March in a beautiful flat in Wandsworth Town.

The flat is spacious, set across two floors, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and private balcony/roof terrace.

It’s in an amazing location on Old York Road, 1 minute from Wandsworth Town station (15 minutes to Waterloo), Sainsbury’s Local, Gail’s, Barrecore, The Alma etc.

I’ve lived here for three years and love it. I’m a 34 year old magazine journalist, in the office three days a week and spend the rest of my time at work events, out with friends or at various gym classes around London. I’m looking for someone similar who wants somewhere chilled to come home to, I love going out but it’s not a party flat.

The bedroom is unfurnished but there is a wardrobe. There’s space to work in the living room but it would be best suited to someone who’s more often in the office.

Rent is £980 a month, bills come to around £160 including a cleaner every other week, and the deposit is £1,154. The move in date is flexible between 17th March and 17th April but the sooner the better.
