A bright and spacious double room will be available from end of March / start of April in our welcoming flat right in the heart of Wandsworth Town. I’m unfortunately moving out due to family reasons, which means a great opportunity has opened up in a genuinely positive and friendly home.

You’ll be living with Max and Harry — both 25-year-old working professionals who are sociable, relaxed and very easy to get along with. They enjoy sport, the occasional drink and a good laugh, but the flat always has a chilled, comfortable atmosphere.

The flat itself is spacious and perfect for socialising or relaxing. There’s a large living room with a balcony and an unreal 70-inch smart TV, ideal for films, sport and hanging out. There’s also a second sun-trap balcony which is great in the warmer months. The kitchen is very roomy with loads of storage and two fridges, making shared living really convenient.

The available room is a comfortable ground-floor double, set slightly away from the other bedrooms which gives you a bit more privacy when you want your own space. It comes with a smart TV and stand, so it’s ready to move straight into.

Location-wise, it’s the best of both worlds — tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac but just moments from everything in Wandsworth Town. Shops, pubs, gyms and cafes are all nearby, and you’re only around a 10-minute walk to East Putney Underground and Wandsworth Town Overground, making commuting super easy.
