Midweek bed and bath available

I am a 40 year old woman with a two bed two bath flat that I stay in between 2-3 nights per week. I am looking for a mid week lodger to rent the second bed/bath. Number of nights flexible but no full time lodger.
The flat has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, with a washing machine and broadband.
I work in the office when I am in London and am typically out in the evenings so you won't see me much.
The flat is on the third floor of a purposee built block.
