Seeking professional in a two bedroom apartment.

I'm a school teacher, looking for a housemate who is also in their 30s and a professional. The accommodation will be available for a short/ mid term stay. The landlord is currently trying to sell the apartment, therefore Estate Agents will be booking and showing viewings (they'll have a spare key to the apartment in order to do this).
It's a ground floor apartment, with its own small, south facing garden. The tenant will also have their own bathroom.
