I am looking for 2 new flatmates to occupy 2x Double Rooms in a cosy flat located in Wandsworth Town. My current flatmates are unfortunately leaving at the end of October to pursue work abroad and I will need to find new replacements.

I am an outgoing individual who enjoys sport, coffee and conversations. I currently work and study civil engineering so my week typically involves going into the office 4x a week and 1x a week I go into university ( London South Bank ).

The flat is tucked away from the main street, which gives it a private feel. There is a couple of bus stops located 2 min away from the flat and a train station (Wandsworth Town) located less than 10 minutes walk away which is great for transport links into central London or towards Clapham Junction.

The flat has 3x bedrooms, a shared lounge space, a separate toilet, a bathroom/ shower room and a large kitchen space with plenty of cupboard room.

Overall the flat has a good feel to it and is perfect for anyone who is young, active and enjoys having their own private space at home but is equally up for going out for a beer or to the park for a picnic and to relax. The location is ideal for transport links and the area is a safe and vibrant town with a shopping mall, parks, a local brewery and climbing centres just down the road !
