We're in the middle of masses of different bus routes that seem to go everywhere!
The room is a fabulous, double-glazed studio flat with its own bathroom and cooking facilities. It's upstairs in the house and fully furnished with cupboards, tables, chairs, double bed, lots of storage space and really everything you could need. There is a fridge, hob, microwave, airfryer and it is in excellent condition and a really nice, private space to be in
The neighbourhood is great to live in with alot going on and very safe.
This is a very friendly house and not a high drink/party place.
The rental is inclusive of gas, electricity, water, Council Tax and Broadband
Because the studio is self contained with the entrance through the house, we are looking for people who would be friendly as and when we meet and look after the room!
The washing machine and vacuum cleaner are in communal space downstairs.
