Furnished double room in modern river side appartment. Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside table. Shared kitchen/living dinning area (open plan)with balcony and bathroom. All bills are included in the rent and the appartment has broadband, sky TV and a washing machine.
Transport links are very good with Wansworth Town Rail and East Putney Tube both within easy walking distance and Clapham Junction a short bus journey away.
I work in South London and would be interested in either a mon-fri let (rent reduction considered) or a full week let. I am looking for a tenent with an active social life who keeps busy but might enjoy the occasional glass of wine/chat/dinner.
