Flat with River Views!! Wandsworth Town

Hello!

I have a double room available to rent at the end of March in a two bedroom apartment in Dolphin House in the Riverside West development, Wandsworth Town.

My current housemates are moving out and so I'm looking for either one person or a couple to move in to share this amazing flat with me.

THE ROOM:

A double and is fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobes. (The landlord is quite flexible if you want to bring your own furniture however).

RENT:

One person - £872. 95
Couples - £1100
Water bills included

We currently put £90 into the house account every month which covers all bills (electricity, BT internet & TV, Council Tax). This money also covers a weekly supermarket shop we do so we're stocked up and save a lot of money at the same time.

Deposit - TBC (forgot about this part, so will let you know when I have spoken to the estate agents)

COMMUNAL AREAS:

Good size living room, with dining table. The sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed so a comfortable stay if you have friends to stay the night. A modern kitchen with a feel of open plan living. Bathroom with shower over a bath.

There is also a huge balcony, which has a 6 person table and chair set, BBQ and sun lounger with still loads of room. The best bit is the river views, which I can guarantee you'll never get bored of!

This flat really is a great place and really feels like a home.

THE AREA:

The property is less than a 5min walk from Wandsworth Town station, with trains going to Clapham Junction/Vauxhall/Waterloo stations.

There are lovely pubs and cafes near by on Old York Road and the flat is a stones throw away from The Ship! There is also a small sainsbury's/tesco and local shop very close by. Southside shopping centre with cinema, lots of restaurants and good selection of shops with a huge Sainsbury's and much more is just 10 mins walk away. There is also a Virgin gym a 2 min walk away.

PARKING:

On road permit parking. It's wandsworth so much cheaper than most places.

ME:

I'm a 29yr old (the big 3-0 this year!), female, professional. I work for a wine company so if you like your wine there's always a lot of it knocking about the place.

I am sociable so like a good glass or wine or two with friends (and hopefully you!) but equally am very happy to sit in watching a good film on a quiet night.

I'm house proud so keep the place nice and tidy & clean.
