Beautiful Flat near Wandsworth Town

We are looking for a flatmate for our current tenant for our lovely flat that is a 5 minute walk away from Wandsworth town. It is a stones throw from shops and restaurants at Southside Shopping centre, as well as being a 5 minute bus ride to Clapham Junction or Putney. I have asked our current tenant, who you would be sharing with, to write about himself and the flat to give you a more personal take on it. Here goes:

A beautiful double bedroom is available in this recently renovated and fully furnished 3 bedroom flat with a bathroom and separate W. C One of the bedrooms is actually an office, which you would be welcome to use if you want some private space, as you'll just be flat-sharing with me.

The double bedroom, which has a view of the garden, features a non working period fireplace and includes a bed, bedside table, shelves, a wardrobe, floor lamp and chest of four drawers.

The property has a garden (with BBQ!) which of course you'd be welcome to use! Great in the few sunny days London has to offer :)

I'm looking for another professional who is looking for a home, so it's essential that you will keep it clean and tidy. I'm a really easy going and friendly guy that would be respectful of your own space and would expect the same. As to the bills, they come out at about £110/month.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you'd be welcome to bring your own stuff - I'll sort you out some cupboards!

As for myself, I am a single gay man and work for a charity as well as pursuing my career in fine art photography.
