Room available in gorgeous riverside flat

My housemates are sadly moving back to Australia to build their dream house and are selfishly leaving me behind, so their will be a room available from Oct 29.

The flat is a two bed which is well appointed with a wrap around balcony and river views. I am currently in the second bedroom. I'm open minded to someone or a couple moving into the ensuite which is £1100 rather than £900 but also fine with upgrading myself to the ensuite, which I assume is the more likely.

Some bills are covered by the landlord so we only pay for the internet and electricity which adds up to less than £50 a month.

About me, I'm 36, just back from 3 years living in California, working hard on a new career but like to keep active with runs down the river or gym sessions. I'd like to find someone who is house proud and friendly. Happy to share a glass of wine or a beer eithe in or out but equally happy to let you live your life :)

The area has everything you need, a short commute to the city, lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and parks.
