A bright double bedroom in a spacious three-bedroom house with a window overlooking south east front green. the room is very bright and furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe.

the house is 10-minute walk from Wanstead station and Wanstead High Street, a 5-minute walk from Wanstead Park (Epping Forest) and Wanstead Golf Club.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, downstairs toilet W/C (Total 2 Toilets), open plan living room – kitchen -diner. Well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. Huge Back garden.

I am 36, financial adviser and musician, very active socially. most of the evening and weekends I go out. another house mate is 38, NHS surgeon. he doesn't stay in the house during weekend. both of us are very friendly, clean and quiet.
