Peaceful short-term house share by the forest

We are looking for a warm and open minded housemate to join our lovely houseshare over the summer. The room is available already and will need to be vacated in Septemeber (although there is a possibility of transferring to one of the other bedrooms in the house then if you wanted to stay longer).

The room is the master bedroom in a spacious five bedroom house on the sought after Aldersbrook Estate. The house has a garden with a fire pit, cold plunge tub and a BBQ, which we plan to cook on together as it gets warmer. The garden backs directly onto Wanstead Park which constitutes part of Epping Forest. We open the gate in the back fence and take Wookie (the house dog) for walks there daily.

You would be sharing a bathroom with Oliver, the live in landlord. The other housemate is Laura who has an en suite. The house has a spare room where your friends and family will sometimes be able stay if they visit. There is also a downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen/dining room and a conservatory.

Oliver is a 39 year old psychotherapist and practitioner of transcendental meditation. Laura is a 29 year old coach and is currently undertaking a three year training in Celtic shamanism. We try to communicate using the principles of Nonviolent Communication (although we are not experts by any means) and we like hugs.

Council tax band is F but all bills including council tax are included.
