Please note that this is not a sublet and you will be required to sign the new lease agreement provided by the landlady. My previous flatmate went overseas for work, and I prefer to get a new flatmate instead of moving out. Although I already live here, the communal areas of the flat will be shared equally once you move in. Needless to say, any personal items I currently have in the shared spaces will be removed/rearranged as appropriate, to accommodate anything you wish to add to the space.

One Double bedroom and private bathroom (strictly for your use only) available in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor apartment within a gated development. This modern apartment is within close proximity to Wanstead Village / Wanstead High Street, and is approximately 7 minutes walking distance from both Wanstead and Snaresbrook Underground Stations - Central Line.

The bedroom is available from August 3 when the current tenancy agreement expires (I currently occupy the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom). The bedroom has a large mirrored built-in wardrobe, and a wide window, providing excellent natural light. It currently has a double bed which can be removed if you have your own furniture.

I’m an executive assistant working in the city; I’m also an artist. I enjoy oil painting, photography, cooking and Scrabble😊. I keep my surroundings clean and expect the same from a prospective flatmate. I'm very respectful of other people's need for space and privacy, so whilst I'm happy to socialise with my flatmate, it's also perfectly fine if that's just not your thing.
