Double Room (Short Term Let)

I live in a newly decorated flat (just purchased a couple of years ago) with my dachshund, Forrest.

Flat is situated in the nice area of Wanstead East London. The flat is only 5 minutes from the tube ideal for a professional person.

Offering a Double furnished room the flat as WIFI, TV in room and secured underground parking).

Easy access to city and West end and all major transport links via the central line.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Wanstead park where I regularly take my dog for a walk.

I am a teacher who also tutors online a few hours a week online. I love playing tennis and there are lovely tennis courts just a 5 minute walk away. I usually spend my week evenings going for a run, playing some tennis or chilling and watching a film.

I am easy going and bubbly and would love to find someone that will look after my flat as everything is new and I do like keeping it clean (I am not OCD). As I have a dog, and am slightly obsessed with him, the flatmate needs to like dogs/lived with a dog as he will want to cuddle up next you (although apologies if he barks at you when he first meets you).

I am normally in bed by half 9 week days as I am knakcered from teaching kids all day! So I would like someone that has a quiet schedule too.

The room includes a TV (a small TV on the wall), as well as secured underground parking (I just store my bike in there). There is also a communal garden which I am sure will be used much more in the summer!

The room also comes fully furnished and includes internet.

P. S I know there are no curtains in the picture but there are now!
