Double Room - Mon-Fri in leafy Wanstead

I am looking for somebody to rent a double room. You will be sharing with one 31 year old female who works in Canary Wharf. I also have a friendly 15 year old cat. Bathroom and kitchen is shared, and there is no separate shared living room space. Hoping to find somebody who only needs to stay mon-fri or less (the cost can be negotiated).

Wanstead is a beautiful and quiet place surrounded by greenery, but only 30mins from central London. Both Elizabeth and central lines are a 10 min bus journey.

I am easy going, not fussed about what you do. The room will be furnished once a tenant has been found. If interested please reply with how many days and which days you intend to stay, age, occupation. Thanks
