Room for Rent at Sharing Flats .

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my place with her own place, basically someone who’s lived with sharing with others before. It’s a two-bedroom flat, and I’ve got one double room , another to be renting. Professional or student whichever fits, from the property very close to UCL Stratford University by bus or train, Westfield shopping centre 8min by central line .

The location is honestly one of the best parts. We’re tucked away right near Snaresbrook station on the Central Line, and the whole area is just surrounded by greenery. If you’re the type of person who likes a quiet home and being close to nature (the parks around here are really lovely), you’ll feel right at home. The transport links are solid, too—not just the Central Line but the bus network as well. Actually, the commute is surprisingly easy.

Wanstead High Street is just a short walk away—maybe a few minutes? It’s got a really relaxed, community feel to it with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Plus, it’s super convenient for getting into town; it only takes about 8 minutes to get to Stratford and 20 minutes to the City or even Bond Street and Oxford Street. It's pretty ideal for commuting to work or uni, really.

Everything you need is basically right there—gyms, supermarkets, the lot. And socialising at the Wanstead Flats area in the summer is always a highlight, in my opinion. Oh, and just to keep things simple, the rent includes the bills, so there's no need to worry about extra math at the end of the month.
