We are looking to welcome a new flatmate into our beautiful home in Wanstead!

The house has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living spaces, a conservatory, lovely kitchen with all appliances (including a dishwasher), garage and a stunning garden. There is also off-street parking if you have a car. The location is in Wanstead, about a 5-10 minute walk to the station on the central line with access to Liverpool Street station in 20 minutes.

You’ll be living with three others, all professionals in their early 30s, working in healthcare, production, and government. We have lived together for the last three years and are a very relaxed household who are clean, tidy, sociable and value our home life. We like to spend time together as a house and that includes regularly cooking for each other, watching films, or going out for a drink/dinner. With that said, we also all value our own space and privacy. We have a range of interests, including cooking, films, theatre, travelling, yoga, food, food, and more food!

We are looking for a kind, caring and fun individual to join our little family and also someone that will love our home just as much as we do. It is our sanctuary!

The rent is £800 pcm, not including bills. We are in council tax band F. The room is unfurnished but does have a small built-in closet. We are looking for someone to move in from the 7th October but are flexible by a few days. We will also be moving into the new home together, so you won’t be alone!
