Hi there, I have a small but cheap single bedroom available in the very desirable location of Wanstead village in East London. Wanstead is a charming village, abundant with green spaces including Hollow Ponds park which is only a 5 minute walk away. Wanstead is largely a peaceful and safe place to live.

The high street offers an array of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, butcher and fishmonger. There is a farmers market held on the first Sunday of every month boasting fresh food products, crafts, jewellery and much more.

Travel links are great as both Wanstead and Snaresbrook central line train stations are a short 10 minute walk away and Stratford Westfield is a 10 minute train ride away and 30 minutes to Oxford Circus.

You will have access to your own toilet and a shared bathroom including bath with overhead shower and the kitchen with appliances including cooker, fridge-freezer, a washing machine and dish washer. All utility bills are included as well as Virgin Media fast fibre broadband. The property is council tax band C for Redbridge. I will post pictures of the bedroom to avoid providing a description. The bedroom is approx. 3m x 2.5m. For now, there is a single bed and clothes rail however I am planning to purchase new bedroom furniture. Do let me know if you prefer to bring your own.
