I’m offering a bright, well-furnished single room for a female in a welcoming home. The room features a brand-new mattress, bedside table, desk and chair, as well as an inbuilt wardrobe and additional storage drawers under the bed—ideal for someone looking for both comfort and practicality.

You’ll have the luxury of a private bathroom most of the time, as I have my own separate shower. The area is fantastic—Wanstead is a charming neighborhood with a vibrant High Street, and you're just a 15-20 minute walk from either Wanstead or Snaresbrook stations on the Central Line (Zone 4), making commuting a breeze.

In the house, you'll be sharing the space with myself, my friendly dog, and two lovely cats, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with pets. I’m vegan, so I’d ideally like someone who follows a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. Non-smokers only, please.

I work from home as a tutor after school, so I’m usually around in the evenings and home during the day. I can offer flexibility in terms of your stay—whether you’re looking for a full week, Monday to Friday, or weekends only.
