Single room for rent in Wanstead

Hello everyone! There’s a single room available in our three bed flat from the 26th of October!

It’s a single room but comfortably fits a small double bed with under bed storage, a desk, and there’s also a build-in wall wardrobe. You might need to bring your own desk and chair, and you’ll be free to decorate the room however you like!

The flat is a three bedroom ground floor flat with a private garden, decent size fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and separate living room with TV and fast internet.

The flat is only a 3 minute walk to Wanstead station on the central line, so you’ll be in central London in less than 40 mins. Wanstead is a lovely and friendly area, lots of cute cafes, brunch places and nice green spaces nearby. M&S and Co-op are the closest shops, and there’s also a big Tesco and Aldi further down the road towards Leytonstone.

The rent is £525 per month plus bills, which are currently about £130 and often less. The deposit is £711.53, and the reason for the slightly higher number is that we split the 5-week deposit equally for the property instead of a room basis. The room isn’t let out individually, so you’ll be replacing me on the lease. :)

You will be living with the current flatmates Louis and John, both in their mid twenties and professionals working in animation and vfx. They’re both very friendly, and we’re looking for someone who is respectable and tidy but also doesn’t mind a bit of socialising and the occasional drink, board game, etc.
