Sunny! double room in 2 people H.S. with a pet

H. S. = house share, didn't fit in the title...

Hello!

It is a two double bedroom Victorian terrace house with two reception rooms, kitchen, wc and a garden. It is 15 min by bicycle to Victoria park. Stratford is just round the corner. Available for rent as my flatmate moved out to move in with her boyfriend.

I have a cat who is the most sociable cat I ever had. He goes outside and the house doesn't stink of a beast. In return for feeding him, he contributes by occasionally bringing mice and birds as a reward to us.

I am looking for someone friendly, easy going and good with my pet. I am not live in landlord, so no house hierarchy.
