Double Room Sublet for 3 months in 2 Bed Flat

My name is Tamzin and I'm off travelling for a bit. My landlady has very kindly agreed to allow me to sublet my room while I'm away. Which is likely to be 3 months, maybe a little bit longer.

It's a lovely bright double room in a wonderful flat.

There's a shared Sitting Room, Bathroom and Kitchen. All new appliances in the kitchen with Quooker tap and the bathroom is brand new too.

A 5 minute walk to Wanstead Park Station (London Overground) and a 7 minute walk to Forest Gate Station (Elizabeth Line).

The area is thriving, with a local gym (which I go to), local running and yoga clubs, pubs, bars, cafes and eateries. A choice of corner shops near to the flat for any last minute things that you might need.

In addition to the rent which is £975 per month, bills are roughly £200 per month each and includes a cleaner once a week. So roughly £1,175 per month all in and bills are split 50/50.

You would be sharing with Laura. A newly qualified paramedic in her early 20s.
