Two rooms with river view (near City/Shoreditch)

Bills not included. Minimum stay 12 months. Council tax is about £200 a month for whole flat (4 tenants). We have 150mbps fibre.

We have two double rooms available in our flatshare with lots of storage. The modern large communal area boasts a open plan living room (with a rather large TV), dining area, kitchen and a balcony with a view of the quay.

You will be sharing with two professionals who work hard and play hard with a fair amount of chill in between. We're looking for a new flatmate who's independent but enjoys occasionally hanging out in the evenings. Sometimes we'll throw a party, you can of course throw a party. We also appreciate chilling and respect each others company.
