Large double bedroom in recently refurbished 2-bed warehouse conversion in East London moments from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Walking distance to Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, London Bridge and the City; 12 min walk to 4 different tube lines.

You’ll have a large bedroom, with built in wardrobes and chest of draws. You’ll also have access to the main bathroom which has a Japanese soak tub and rain shower. The bathroom will be for your use only, except for when we need to get to do the washing or get new towels.

The kitchen has all the usual appliances, including an espresso machine and dishwasher.

The living room is large and open plan with lots of light from the huge south facing windows. A Juliette balcony opens out to Pennington Street which is fantastic sun trap in the summer.

We’re a professional couple who have recently refurbished our flat and are looking to share our space with another fun professional who loves city living as much as we do.

The flat is perfectly located for all things work and play, with Wapping a quiet riverside oasis away from the hustle and bustle when you need it. We have lots of amazing parks including one directly opposite which has a little wild flower meadow during the summer.

All bills are included in the price - including council tax.

We're ideally looking for someone for a month, but we are open to people who need a shorter period so please message your requirement and dates and we'll see if it works out.
