Good sized double, friendly houseshare - with cat

Hi guys,

I have this lovely double room up for grabs in our house,

TL: DR: friendly housemates, great sized double room, space for nice desk, extra storage in garage, garden.

First let me tell you about the us, your new housemates as we would like this to be a home not just a houseshare.

Myself, Safia (36) - I'm outgoing and friendly, always on the go, love a good games night or movie night, I work in West London and volunteer at my local church :) We have dinner and bible study at the house every Wednesday

Lana (25) - Moved in recently and is new to London so she likes going out to explore, also likes a good games or movie night.

Kaho (30) - Moved to London in January and works for a whiskey company, she is often out on the weekends exploring all London has to offer.

Pickle - this our resident cat, he is 10 months old and loves exploring, he is super friendly.

We all get along really well and it makes the house not just a house share but a home.

Now on to our home:

The house is a 4 storey property, the entrance and garage is on the ground floor, the open plan living space is on the first floor along with the garden (as it's raised at the back of the house). Next is the second floor which has your room and Lana's room, the separate toilet and the bathroom (you share the bathroom and toilet with Lana and Kaho). On the top floor is Kaho's room, my room and I have my own ensuite - so I don't use the main bathroom.

Council Tax band is a E and bills will be approximately £120-£150 each month (cheaper rate in the summer and the higher rate in the winter).

The room itself is at the front of the house but it's a quiet cul-de-sac so it's not noisy. The room has a good sized built in wardrobe (out of shot on the photo), a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves and a desk/dressing table.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, working professional who is female and is looking for a nice home not just a house share.
