Seeking new housemate from 18th January as a current housemate is moving out. The rooms come unfurnished but the previous housemate is looking to sell their furniture. The bathroom is shared between two.

About us
I’m a 27 year old professional working in insurance. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and watching tv series. I am looking for housemates that are happy to relax in the flat as well as going out to pubs and restaurants.

I'm 25 years old, I come from France and I've been in London for a year, working in research. I love going to exhibitions, concerts, and the cinema, as well as cooking and spending my weekends exploring the city. I also enjoy running, climbing/bouldering, and other outdoor sports. When our schedules align, we love spending time together in the flat and are looking for someone with a similar mindset to join us!

The flat is available from the 18th January, with the current Lease running until July. Would need to submit references to the estate agents before then so hoping to sort ASAP.

Bills and council tax come to around £150 a month, including internet.
