SHORT TERM furnished ensuite double bedroom

Short term room let available from 5 October - 2 November 2024 (1 Month), for the master bedroom in our Wapping flat.

The ensuite room faces onto the garden, with its own shower and toilet. There is a bed, side tables, desk and chair. It also has double french doors onto our private patio garden. There is a large built in cupboard in the room and further shared storage in the other hallway cupboards. The bedroom is on the lower ground floor, and upstairs there is large bright living room/dining room and kitchen. There is also access to the private garden from the living room via the stairs. We've got the downstairs hallway for laundry so that's handy too and keeps it out of our rooms/the living room.

The flat has great transport links with Shadwell DLR/Overground station a 5 minute walk away and Bank only one stop on the DLR. Amenities wise there are various gyms locally and a big Waitrose in walking distance as well as the usual smaller Sainsburys and Tescos. Wapping is just across the road which is nice in the evenings/on the weekends with great markets, pubs and restaurants/cafes. We’re also walking distance to Shoreditch and are dangerously close to many of the best east end curry houses.

Your flatmates would be two 28 year old guys, both working in legal/financial services, a mixture of wfh and in the office. We like to sometimes cook or watch things together, or to go out and make the most of living in London. Equally we do make plenty of time for ourselves and have our own routines of gym, friends etc, so it’s all very relaxed and easygoing.

We like to keep the place tidy and we have a cleaner (included in bills).

The flat is no smoking and no pets.
