Looking for one person to join our four bed house
We have a bedroom available in our semi-detached house in Wapping, E1, with two living rooms, four bedrooms, two main bathrooms and two ensuites, an open plan kitchen, and outdoor space.
One of our current housemates is moving out mid-September and we would like to fill his place.
The room is available from the 15th of September.
A bit about us
We are two guys and one girl in our mid-late 20s, working professional jobs, and are split between working in the office and home.
What we are looking for
* We would like to find someone easy going, clean, friendly and sociable to join our house in his place.
* We quite often hang out together in the communal areas, cook together quite often and do various things around London (going to the pub for a few pints in the evenings, doing stuff on the weekends sometimes) so someone who also enjoys company and activities would be great
* Someone around the same age
About the local area
* Wapping is a really quaint area in London with unbelievably stunning docklands-style architecture. It almost doesn’t feel like London, because of the small town community feel, but the city centre is less than 10 minutes way via Overground or DLR.
* Access to Wapping Overground Station is less than 2 minutes walk away
* Access to Shadwell DLR line is 5-10 minutes walk away
* Great pubs with riverside beer gardens
* Access to Wapping High Street in less than 2 minutes for household basics
* Tesco/Sainsburys/Waitrose are all a 10 minute walk away.

The room is £895. It is unfurnished.
Other expenses
* Bills in the house on average come to around £100 a month. This includes council tax (Band E), wifi, electricity, gas
* There is a small fee involved (£50 ish) with the letting agent to change the names on the contract, and the usual deposit is required.
