Room in 3 bedroom canal-facing house - Wapping

1 bright room available in the quiet neighbourhood of Wapping in a 3 bed, 2 bath shared house with a private patio, including bike storage in a lockable shed.

10 min walk to Tower Hill underground station
8 min walk to Wapping overground station
2 min walk to bus 100 stop - to St. Paul's

There is a big Waitrose and Sainsbury's Local nearby, as well as local shops at Wapping High Street and bars/restaurants at St Katherine's Docks.

The room is on the first floor, has two windows and receives lots of natural light throughout the day. It has a double bed (with storage space beneath), a built-in wardrobe as well as 3 drawers. You would share a bathroom with one housemate on the same floor.

The house is spacious, with a shared living room, big kitchen equipped with multiple ovens, a large stove, dishwasher and washing machine, and dining room on the ground floor. The dining area opens into a garden/patio with a BBQ.

You will be sharing the room with me working from home most days and another girl working mainly at the office except Friday.

I am looking for someone mature, able to understand that we sometimes need to wind down and keen to create a peaceful environment at home with everyone. The house is clean and tidy so we are also looking for someone doing their chore without being chased.

Bills aren't included but would be around 150 GBP per month (council tax, electricity, water, internet).
