We have a large, bright flat in central London (couple streets from Zone 1, next to Tower Bridge) with a double ensuite room becoming available from 17 October.

The flat is genuinely spacious by central London standards, offering plenty of room to live and work comfortably. There's a balcony area with partial river views—perfect for relaxing with a coffee. The surrounding area is really lovely: historic streets, riverside paths, and local cafés, but pleasantly quiet and not overrun with tourists.

**Transport links are excellent**
- Easy Tube access (multiple lines nearby)
- ~20 minutes' walk to Liverpool Street
- Numerous bus routes

**About us**
- Two professionals in mid 20s, both software engineers working hybrid and often extremely long hours 7 days a week (including on side projects/startups)
- Eastern European background (so you’ll get straight-talking but friendly flatmates who will be there for you)
- Generally quiet and tidy – this is very much a home, not a party flat
- We don’t cook much, but the kitchen is fully equipped
- Planning to hire a cleaner periodically

**The Room**
- Double bed (with matress) and wardrobe included (office table/chair available for sale from leaving flatmate if needed)
- Private ensuite bathroom
- Large windows with great natural light and green parrots coming from time to time
- £1250/month rent (landlord is promising an increase ±100 when contract renews later in the year)
- Bills average around £200/month (incl. seasonal variation)
- Room is facing west and does not get hot in the summer

**The Flat**
- Extremely spacious with plenty of shared living space
- Balcony with partial river views
- Flooded with natural light from east and west sides
- Relaxed, respectful but hardworking atmosphere

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Single individual or couple (singles with cats welcome; sorry, no dogs)
- Working professionals or postgrads who value a peaceful home environment
- Clean, respectful, and considerate housemate(s)
- Long-term tenants preferred
