Single bed (which converts to a king, but could be replaced by a normal double bed if you’d prefer) in 1930's Art Deco mansion block.

A bit about the flat

- The Flat - 4th floor (top) of a 1930s art-deco mansion block. It's a 2 bed, 1 bath flat with separate lounge & kitchen. There is no lift unfortunately but it's good exercise :)

- Internet is 1GB fibre, with Sky Sports / TNT Sports.

- I work for TfL so get free travel for someone I live with, a nice perk but if I leave the company or they remove the benefit just be mindful of that but it’s worth £100+ a month typically.

- The Room - comes with a desk and two wardrobes, and is £750 per month inc. all bills.

- The Location - is brilliant! Wapping is a hidden gem and full of historic pubs & restaurants and probably best described as a village within central London. The flat is opposite a conservation area of listed warehouses, about 150m from the river, and next to Shadwell Basin (lake) and the canal. It's 4 minutes from Wapping Overground and door-to-door travel times from the flat are approx:

The City - 14m bus / 30m walk
Canary Wharf - 14m bus / 35m walk
Crossrail (Whitechapel) - 8m via Overground
Jubilee (Canada Water) - 7m via Overground
DLR (Shadwell) - 8m walk
Clapham North - About 23m Overground
Waterloo - 23m Overground / Tube

This would be great for someone on a short/medium term let, and happy to be as flexible as possible around dates. My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend soon but we’re not exactly sure on dates yet as they need to find somewhere.

A bit about me!

I'm in the office 2-3 times a week, and play football & rugby twice a week so am out quite a lot. Love films and gigs, would be great to find someone like-minded who's up for the odd pub quiz but equally happy to chill or do their own thing.

Willing to look at weekday lets too, (£25 per night) if you’d prefer a midweek option.
