I am moving out of our lovely house in Wapping (E1W 2JP) on may 1st. My two flatmates are looking for someone to replace me. The flatmates, Steph and Sheila are two professionals in their early 30’s.
They are both super nice, they like going to the gym and drinking good wine. Steph works at Bloomberg and Sheila works for a pharmaceutical company. They work from home 1 days per week, from 9-5 pm or 9-6 pm. We occasionally invite a few friends, but also make sure everyone can enjoy quiet time at home.
The ideal flatmate is a professional woman with an office job who is over 25 years old.
Rent is around £883 for a double room. One of the other rooms is ensuite, so yoo would share bathroom with just one person. It’s a big house with a separate living room, a garage and little garden. The windows were just upgraded to double glazing, making the house warmer in the winter. It’s only a 10-15 min cycle ride or 1-2 stops on the tube/DLR to the city or Canary Wharf.
Bills are not included in the rent. Council tax is £67.33/month/person and internet 9.16, water is £11.3. Energy used to be just around £32.
