Bright double room in Wapping

We’ve got a bright double room available from 20th May in our 3-bed flatshare in Wapping (E1W). Our contract renews on that date, so we’re looking to get someone in from that point forward and replace our current flatmate on the contract.

The flat itself is an absolute dream, there’s exposed brick throughout, and the open plan kitchen-living room is surrounded by windows so it’s light and airy at all times. There are two bathrooms in the flat, one is the main bathroom and the other is an en-suite. In the case of the room available, you’d be sharing the main bathroom with me (so looking for someone that is generally pretty clean!). The area is very safe and quiet, and there are lots of amenities close-by like a Sainsburys Local, a number of pubs and Wapping Station is very close.

You’d be sharing the flat with myself (Alina, 34) and Francesco (35). We’re both working professionals and generally have our own things going on throughout the week, this isn’t a party flat but we will occasionally hang out, watch TV or grab a drink together. We’re looking for someone likeminded, that is clean, respectful and just good vibes to be around.

Please note that some of the furniture in the photo of the room belongs to our current flatmate, the bed will definitely be staying though. There’s also a little walk-in wardrobe bit of the room which you can’t see in the photo.
