We’ve got a beautiful double room available in our 4 bedroom house (one is a guest room) in Wapping E1W. The location is ideal within 15 minute walking distance to Tower Bridge, 10 mins to St Katherine docks and surrounded by beautiful canals for some great lockdown walks. Transport wise there is Wapping overground within a couple of minutes, Tower hill within 15, and London Bridge a 10 minute cycle away. Waitrose, Sainsbury’s within 7-10 min walk and a Better gym right next to us.

You’ll be sharing with 3 others, who are all friendly working professionals in early 20s/ early 30s working in fashion, media and journalism who like to do the odd thing together as a flat but also appreciate each other’s downtime.

The room itself is big, has direct access to a decently sized garden + terrace and it sits in the ground floor of the house. It comes with extra storage wardrobe and chest of drawers right outside the room

We have a kitchen/living room, which has a sofa, TV and dining table, and a handy spare room with a sofa bed to have guests round. There's a main bathroom plus a toilet next to the kitchen. One of the rooms comes with an en-suite bathroom, so you'd be sharing the main bathroom with only two others.

*Please note that there's an extra cost for moving in as the new tenant will cover the cost of the room's furniture, negotiable with the vacating tenant Stefan

*There'll be agency checks, so please be employed.

*The monthly cost is £610 + bills - an absolute bargain for the area, thanks to our cool landlord. Adding bills, it comes to £720 monthly approx.

*Please note our tenancy is due for review soon and rent may increase by up to £50. Still incredible price for the area.

*Move in date would be June 14/15th in line with our rent schedule and outgoing tenant - we are looking to interview asap.
