Double Room on River 5min walk from Limehouse DLR

Hi,

I am away with work for a month and I am looking for someone to take the room from the 23rd June - 23rd July.

It is a clean, modern, riverside flat on the ground floor (2-bed), with a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom with one other. There is a shared terrace that looks on to the river with French doors that have access from the living room. The flat has inside space for a bike and a secure private parking space included.

All bills are included in the cost (including council tax), the WiFi is 150Mb. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, amenities, TV, sound bar, Alexa etc. provided (and bedding can be provided if required).

The flat mate is a 26 year old male working as a professional in health care Monday-Friday. We are looking for a clean, tidy professional to take the room for the period.

£1200 for the 4-weeks and a deposit of £1000.
