Flat-share/amazing location/short term

Hi! I am looking to sublet my room from 02 August to 01 September. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate for a double bedroom in our 3-bed, 2-bath flat in Wapping. The room comes fully furnished, and all bills and a cleaner are included. You also get access to the residents’ gym and spa.

Please note that I will be traveling, so the rental period is strictly 1 month. The flat is within a newly built and highly secure development and is located near Wapping Underground and Shadwell DLR stations. There are several amenities within walking distance, including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and various local shops.
Wapping is a lovely residential area with some nice historic pubs and elegant restaurants within walking distance. There is also a Santander Cycle hire station right outside the building.
