I'm looking for a flatmate for the spare bedroom in a large duplex apartment. Apartment is 84sqm - only one person, me, lives here right now. Apartment is quiet, in a gated area with bike storage etc.
About me - I work in The City in energy markets.
Hobbies are mainly climbing right now - go outdoors most weekends. I was born and grew up in the UK but have lived abroad, mainly in France, for a large part of my adult life.
Looking for:
- Professional
- Prefer someone who works from the office at least a few days a week
- Low-drama.
- I'm fairly clean but not obsessed - prefer someone similar.
- Open to couples in theory, but would charge a bit more, maybe 1400/pcm.
Room is available immediately until the 8th of December. Price is slightly below market rate for room, apartment & location imo.
