Room in Wapping

The room is bright, has a large bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has a large kitchen and living room as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment is located in central London, east of the City of London and ca. 200 metres north of the Thames. The area is very quiet and safe and very central with two tube stations (Tower Hill and Aldgate East) being around 15 minutes away by foot. We have a very good and large Waitrose (St. Katherine's Docks) directly around the corner (200 metres away) and a few gyms in the direct area (ca. 200-800 metres away).

We are currently a shared apartment of four people. One roommate will move out at the end of August and one at the end of September. Staying in the apartment are Silvia (34) and Moritz (27), both are working in central London. As a new roommate, we would like someone organized, tidy and sociable as we also like to spend some time with our roommates together and arrange activities, like cooking and going out, from time to time.

Additional bills are: Gas, Electricity, Water, Wifi (ca. 50 pounds), and, if you are not a student, Council Tax (ca. 40 pounds).
