Hi there!
We are really excited to be looking for a new flatmate for our three bedroom house in Wapping. The bedroom is a double on the second floor of our house. The room is a good size, and comes with the bed, small drawers, desk, tall shelves and additional storage space next to the room. You will be sharing the top floor bathroom with me.
The room is £955 per month excluding bills. Bills come up to £140 extra per month each, depending on the season. We also have a cleaner that visits once every 2 months at £14 each per visit. Deposit is £1000. The room will be available to move into from October. We are doing viewings 26th August.
You’ll be living with two housemates, myself and Tom. Tom works in film and I work in client relations. We are looking for a professional who is easy going, clean, considerate, queer/ally, willing to participate in the cleaning rota and splitwise and wants to make this their home! 😊
