We're looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy and well-maintained house in Wapping.

**About Us:**
We are two friendly professionals in our early 30s who enjoy staying active, whether it's hitting the gym or unwinding with a good glass of wine. We tend to works from home one to two days a week. We value both socializing and maintaining a peaceful home environment. While we do occasionally have friends over, we respect each other's need for downtime and a calm space.

**Who We’re Looking For:**
We’re seeking a professional woman aged 25 or older who is tidy, respectful, and enjoys a balance of social time and quiet moments at home.

**The Room & House:**
The available double room is located on the ground floor, priced at £947 per month. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other flatmate, as the third bedroom is ensuite. Our house includes a spacious living room, parking, a garage, and a small garden – perfect for relaxing outside. The newly installed double-glazed windows will keep you cozy during the winter months. We also have a garage which is a great place for added storage!

The house is located in Wapping (E1W 2JP), with excellent transport options:
- **Wapping Overground Station**: Just a 5-minute walk away, with links to Islington, Shoreditch, Canada Water, and Clapham Junction.

- **Shadwell DLR and Overground Station**: About a 10-minute walk, connecting you to Canary Wharf and the City.
