Double Room to Let in Wapping

Due to our flatmate moving out, we need someone to take over his room until the end of Feb 2025 (with a possible extension to end of June 2025).

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Wapping Station (Overground) and then a 15 Minute walk from Tower Hill and Tower Gateway (Circle, District and DLR) with easy access to Central and East London.

The flat is spread across 2 floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and then an open plan living/dining room and kitchen downstairs. The room itself benefits from large windows and a double bed, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers also being left. The desk is mine, we just wanted to show the room allows for one! The flat also benefits from a lovely little garden and since it’s a gated residence we also have a concierge.

I (Behzad) work in Insurance, go gym often (Fitness First over the road) and am always keen to get food and hang out. Ollie works in Tech and is much the same (although he goes to the CrossFit gym down the road). We’re both looking for someone of a similar background who is friendly and likes to keep the flat tidy.
