One of our flatmates is moving out so we need someone to replace her. The property is in a very nice location. We share a bathroom, kitchen and living room together. Your room has a built in wardrobe and bedside table and has a nice view of the Shard. The living room is quite big, with lots of storage room.
Rent is about £636 per month, the bills add up to around £100 every month, so overall you would be paying 720-740 each month. We are looking for someone quiet, tidy and clean. This is not a party household.
It's a perfect location if you are a QMUL student or a working professional. Close to central London. The closest stations are Wapping (about 8 min walk), Aldgate East (15 min walk) and Tower Hill (17 min walk). There are busses that take you to central, East and North London 24 hours (stations are 1-7 mins away).
