Description
I am in Berlin for work from beginning of November to mid March (5 and a half months) and want to sublet my room during this period.
Location: the flat is in Wapping, a safe, clean neighbourhood with many pubs and cafes and a farmer's/food market every Saturday. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Wapping and Shadwell stations, and a 25 minute walk from Tower Bridge. In general it is very well connected to central London (via District, Circle, Hammersmith, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines) and Canary Wharf (via DLR).
Amenities: a balcony with seating and gorgeous views, a fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher, washer/dryer, air fryer and espresso machine) and living room, bathroom shared with two other flatmates. The flat was renovated 3 years ago so everything is quite new.
Flatmates: your flatmates will be three women aged 22-23. One is a masters student and two are working. We are all tidy people and the atmosphere is very friendly, we have occasional flat dinners and pub trips.
Other: pets not allowed, smoking on the balcony is fine
