I am looking to find my replacement for this beautiful, well-ventilated bedroom in a flat located in St. Katherine's docks/Wapping. You will be sharing the flat with lovely Abbie (British nationality) who is easygoing and friendly.
The flat is located close to two stations - Tower Hill and Wapping and one minute walk to Waitrose and 5 minutes by walk to Sainsbury's and Tesco. 3 minutes walking distance to the closest gym (Fitness First) and bus stop (bus no: 100) to get to liverpool station, St. Paul's, etc.
The monthly rent excludes broadband and electricity bills and should cost around £150 (includes water and council tax).
The room will be available from 1st of November and the viewings will be arranged based on our availablity as we both have full time jobs.
