Small room in house share with 2 flatmates

House share with 2 flatmates by St Katherine’s Dock / Wapping.

Small double bedroom available in early December.

Currently two other housemates both 27 year old male professionals. We work ~3-days a week in the office and two from home.

We split bills that come to around £150/month on top of rent.

The room has a wardrobe with a set of drawers and a bedside table. It’s not quite big enough for a desk, but you’re welcome to work elsewhere in the house! We also have a loft and additional cupboards in case you need extra storage.

You’ll share a bathroom with one other housemate.

The kitchen all works as normal and we have a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

There’s a good sized living room with a coffee table and two sofas; we spend most of our evenings there.

There’s a small garden/patio. It needs some TLC but it’s good for bike storage and a summer bbq.

Both current flatmates are fairly social so it’s important to us to at we get on well. 😊
