Double Room in Wapping

📍Location: We are a 2 minute walk from Wapping Overground station and 12 min walk from Shadwell DLR

🏡House: 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat split across 2 floors. Lots of natural light with an open plan living room and kitchen

🛏️Room: Fully furnished but on the smaller side, based on the second floor next to the kitchen and living room. Given size, unlikely to fit a desk so would benefit someone who does not need to work from home

👯 Current flatmates:
Jem (25, Aussie) and Jess (26, Kiwi). We both work in finance, with Jem working from the office 4 days a week and Jess doing 2/3 days.

We are both fairly busy and are quite social but go to the gym together in the morning and hang out / have a few wines / eat dinner together when we are around after work. Looking for someone likeminded who wants to make their flat a home 🫶🏻

This includes all bills including a cleaner every two weeks
