Looking for female flatmate

Hey! I’m sadly moving out of my fab flat to live with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our gorgeous, girly flat and become flatmates with my amazing friend, Abbie! There isn't an exact move in date yet and I can be flexible but it will be so time in mid / end Jan.

About the flat:
- Located very centrally, perfect for getting around and exploring the city
- Safe, friendly area with plenty of nice pubs and cafes nearby (ideal for after-work drinks or weekend brunches)
- A cozy, light-filled flat that’s perfect for unwinding and enjoying the good things in life
- We love hosting wine nights, movie marathons, and the occasional pizza party (Prosecco is always included!)
- 5 mins from a sainsburys
- less than 10 min walk from Wapping and Shadwell station
- It is completely furnished with everything you could need including pots/pans/cutlery etc
- A gorgeous balcony to use in the summer
- We have a lovely building manager who is happy to help with issues and a gardener who looks after the plants just outside everyones door

About you:
- We’re looking for someone friendly, easy-going, and social (someone who enjoys a glass of wine or a cheeky pizza night wouldn’t hurt!)
- Someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared space
- A fun vibe and a positive attitude are a must!
