FYI - rent is £1100 for couples

This home benefits from a spacious living room, seperate kitchen and modern bathroom. For anyone who doesn't know Wapping, it has a village feel within London, a marvellous local butcher, Italian deli and baker and Waitrose all within walking distance. Excellent transport connections would make it a perfect home for any professionals as it takes 10 minutes to get to the City and not much more to Canary Wharf and Shoreditch. Green Bank is located within a stone's throw from Wapping Overground station and a short walk from Shadwell DLR.

This property is available with a Deposit Free option which means that instead of paying a traditional five weeks security deposit, you pay a fee of one weeks rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £120 + VAT) to become a member of a deposit free renting scheme which significantly reduces the up-front costs. This fee is non-refundable and is not a deposit so cannot be used towards covering the cost of any future damage.
