The room: It comes with a double bed, and 2 chests of drawers You will share the bathroom with 2 of the flatmates.
About the area: the apartment is located in Wapping (5 min walk to Shadwell Overground/DLR station), only 25mins walk to Tower Bridge, and 30mins walk to Canary Wharf. Wapping is a really clean and quiet residential area that feels safe. There are several riverside pubs and coffeeshops, as well as some nearby supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Iceland).
The flatmates are super nice, respectful, clean, tidy, and chill. We deal directly with the private landlord, so no agency fees!
You will need to provide references for the landlord.
Bills are not included. Expect them to be around £125 per month.
