Double Room in 2-Bed, 2-Bath Flatshare – Wapping

I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to join me in my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Wapping. The room is available from the 15th of June, and you’ll be joining the current contract until mid August, with the option to renew after that (the rent amount will increase with the new contract).

About the Flat:
- Spacious and bright 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment
- Cozy gas kitchen and living area
- Dishwasher and washing machine
- Your own bathroom!
- Room comes with spacious wardrobe, under-bed storage, shelves unit and optional desk (currently in storage)
- Garden space
- Great location in Wapping, close to riverside walks, cafes, and transport links 15-20min walk from all these: Wapping overground, Aldgate East tube station and Shadwell DLR.
- No living room TV as that will go with previous flatmate

Rent & Details:
- £1,000 per month per person (bills not included)
- Contract runs until August, with renewal possible
- Move-in 15th June
- Council Tax band E (paid separately)

About Me (your flatmate):
I’m a 40-year-old Spanish female who works from home most days for a tech company. I love board games, music (mainly rock) working out, curious about many things, playing video games, and keeping the flat a quiet, clean, organised and relaxing space. I can be sociable but also appreciate downtime and respect for each other’s space.

Who I’m Looking For:
Ideally, I’d love to find a female flatmate, but I’m open to considering males too! The most important thing is that you’re tidy, respectful, and easy-going so we can comment on anything house related.
If you enjoy a peaceful home and maybe the occasional board game night, we’ll get along great!
